In 2016, perhaps driven by recent celebrity engagements, the big trend is for coloured dominant stones, and this new colour trend is extending to the actual wedding. Adding colour is a great way to add your personality to your big day.
Here are some great ideas to incorporate this hot trend into your wedding.
First up take some thought to the overall colour theme you would like to add - do you want to add in one bold highlight colour, or perhaps prefer a spectrum of pastel colours. Or a strong metallic such as gold or brass. Or is it even a rainbow theme that you are dreaming of?
What matches you and your partner’s personality?
Have a look around the internet at colour schemes that you really like.
Make a mood board or similar that shows the colour palette and ideas you come across.
Once you have decided on your colour scheme, start incorporating to the rest of your wedding.

A simple way to introduce your colour is to via a coloured envelope - it’s the first thing your guests will see, so it’s a great idea.
