6 Months to Wedding Checklist

The big day is getting closer and you're feeling more on-track now you have organised the decor for your wedding marquee hire. It's now time to turn your attention to the finer details.

Why not book a date night with your soon to be husband or wife and spend some time discussing the wedding ceremony over dinner. You will need to discuss -

Ceremony musicians - whether you want an organist, pianist, violinist or soul singer. The options are endless and your choice of songs could take some time to determine.

Ceremony Comfort - Outdoor ceremonies are divine but to ensure a smoothly run day you will need to consider the comfort must-have trio - shelter, seating and toilets.

Six months out from the wedding is the perfect time to send out save the date cards. This enables people to plan holidays and work commitments. Many brides and grooms are setting up blogs for their weddings. This enables them to provide out of town guests with information about accommodation and other events. Wordpress provides great tutorials for even the novice blogger. You could consider adding maps of the wedding location, updates of wedding preparations and information about brunches or pre-wedding drinks.
