We’ve done a lot of these lately as people have found them much less restrictive in these challenging times. Here’s a recent amazing example at Curl Curl on the Northern Beaches, where our client wanted a dining and cocktail space cum dancefloor! We’ve enjoyed It's amazing what you can achieve at home with the help of Event Marquees.
Curl Curl Carport Restaurant & Bar
This front area space was transformed for a grassy patch into a chic cocktail bar.
The first step was the all-weather high-gloss timber flooring to provide a smooth and gorgeous cocktail bar space.
The hardwood floor was laid over the existing grass and then levelled for the slight slope.
It provided an impressive “wow;’ moment when the guests arrived.
Cool Pallet Cocktail Bar.
The addition of the uber-cool Pallet bar gave firm cues to what this area was to be used for.
Its deep space allows set-up for all the drinks and glasses required. And it looks amazing! The bar can also be light up with warm white lights.
The cocktail space was completed with whitewash pallet high tables and black tolix stools.
From Day to Night
This home event conversion was made for a balmy Summer night, for a party that would go into the wee hours.
By utilising some strings of our trendy festoon lights, the outside area was stunning as the sun went down.
They provide the ideal light, so you can see what you are eating or drinking, but not too overt, which is perfect for dancing the night away.
Carport Dining Room
As this event was a sit-down dinner, they needed a pop-up dining room.
We started with our perennially popular artificial grass flooring that provided a pretty base.
For here, a stack of 4 of our Farm tables made a spacious big table for all guests. The table was finished with our white folding chairs, which are handy as they easily fold-up should you need.
Pallet High table provided a perfect buffet space.
